Terms and Conditions -

Please fill out a consultation form prior to your appointment.

Please advise us of any food allergies before your spa day by emailing willowspaiom@gmail.com

We are licensed so you can purchase alcohol such as Prosecco, Champagne and beer at The Willow Spa.

What to expect on your Willow Spa Journey -

At Willow Spa you will be provided with your own towel, robe and slippers. Please note that if you’re coming on a day with a workshop, please come in workout clothes or comfortable clothes suitable to move in. Don’t forget your swimwear!

Willow Spa is designed to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and energised. Complimentary refreshments will be provided at Willow’s in-house restaurant, The Blossoms. We recommend that you drink plenty of water from our water fountains.

Please do turn up to your appointments on time to avoid the disappointment of having reduced time, as everyone is allocated a time slot for their treatment.

At Willow Spa we proud ourselves on Spa Equity. We ask all members to please shower before entering the Swim Spa and plunge pool. If you have long hair please tie it up. Please do not use either pool if you’re within 2 days of having applied fake tan.

Our Thermal Journeys are designed to give you a half-day or full day filled with relaxation at your own pace. We recommend you bring a book or magazine to totally unwind and enhance your time out.

Cancellation policy -

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 7 days notice, with a full refund available.
  • Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days notice but more than 48 hours notice, will receive a Willow Spa gift voucher for the full value. A refund will not be available.
  • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will receive a Willow Spa gift voucher for 50% of the value. A refund will not be available.
  • Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. 

Group bookings -
If you are attending  as a group (3 or more people) and need to reschedule due to covid, please notify us to rearrange with at least one week’s notice.

If less than 1 week’s notice is given before your spa package, your individual booking can be rescheduled - however the other members will be expected to attend their spa packages or our standard cancellation policy will apply and a 100% charge will be incurred.
